The day is finally here, and the world is at the edge of their seats in anticipation for today's announcement regarding the specifics of the new iPad. There has been much speculation as to what the newly upgraded features would entail which have included the addition of Siri, the high resolution retina display, a quad-core processor, a dramatically improved camera, the new generation being called the iPad HD, and the list goes on. One thing is for sure...all of those questions are set to answered today at 1 p.m. ET in San Francisco. As we have lost the most innovative icon of our time in Steve Jobs, today's keynote will be given by none other than Apple's new CEO, Tim Cook. Many are aware that the shoes to fill of Jobs' are far too large, but If Cook's launch of the iPhone 4S is any indication of how today may go, then expect to have video shown throughout. The staple of Jobs' keynotes which would typically showcase a last-minute surprise, was desperately lacking with Cook's last unveiling. Nevertheless, the stage will be set, the big reveal will happen, and I only have one question - when can I get my hands on one?
If you recently purchased the iPad 2, then you are probably kicking yourself being that the new one is already here. But, here's the good news - Apple will more than likely have the next generation on its way before the end of the year, and you can then be at the top of the technology food chain yet again. Now who's ready for this keynote?
